Our Story
Tenorisk was founded on a simple observation: most companies don't lack risk data — they lack a translator. IT teams see the threats. Finance & Core business teams knows there's exposure. But rarely does anyone connect the two in a language the board or executive team can act on decisively.
That gap is where Tenorisk lives. We act as the bridge between technical risk and business strategy, giving leaders the confidence to invest, migrate, launch, and grow — without being blindsided by the risks they didn't see coming.

Leadership
Jovari St. Victor is the Founder & Managing Principal of Tenorisk. He is a credentialed risk management leader with more than 17 years of experience delivering and leading engagements of every size. He began his career at PwC, giving him the range to work effectively with leadership teams from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Jovari guides IT and business leaders toward their goals while mitigating IT, financial, and operational risk — with particular depth in root cause analysis, building internal and external partnerships, and helping teams craft the executive communications and next-step recommendations that get decisions made.
He holds a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University (double major in Accounting and Computer Science) and an MBA from the Cornell SC Johnson Graduate School of Business. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
